Job Recruit X does not require job seekers to visit third-party websites, take exams, or obtain certifications for any job application. Any such actions taken by job seekers are at their own discretion and will not guarantee or advance their job application on our platform.

We may recommend certain partners (such as training providers, certification programs, or job-related services), but it is solely up to the applicant to choose and proceed with them at their own risk. Job Recruit X is not responsible for any agreements, costs, or outcomes resulting from these external services.

Job Recruit X shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

We do not verify the authenticity of job postings, employer claims, or job offers and cannot be held liable for fraudulent activities by third parties.

7. Legal Jurisdiction and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or legal action related to Job Recruit X shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under the laws of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).

By using our services, you waive your right to file lawsuits in any jurisdiction outside RAK, UAE and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration.
